1st
Upon receipt of your inquiry, our factory’s business manager will contact you directly. In the meantime, you can communicate with the manager via video call or other channels. We will share all details about our factory with you without reservation, including arranging tours of our production workshops and showing you our full product range.
2nd
After both parties reach an agreement on product specifications and pricing, we will sign the formal contract together, and you shall pay 30% of the total contract amount as an upfront deposit.
3rd
Production will commence immediately once we receive the deposit. After we complete manufacturing your ordered trucks within the agreed lead time, you will be notified and may schedule a quality inspection at your convenience. The remaining balance shall be settled after the inspection passes without issues.
4th
Upon receipt of the full remaining balance, our factory will promptly arrange vessel chartering, shipping space booking and cargo delivery.
Note
Throughout the entire production process and the shipment arrangement period, you may assign an agent or visit the factory in person to conduct on-site supervision.
